  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 30 grams unsalted butter , melted, plus extra for greasing
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions

Beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar little by little, to fully incorporate it.

Add in the spices and vanilla, mix well.If you are going to make this for a whoopie pie filling, fold in 7 oz marshmallow fluff by hand only until it is just mixed.
