Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Place all your ingredients in a food processor, everything except the coconut milk.Process until everything is crumbly.

Add the coconut milk and pulse until the entire mixture comes together.Next, you want to turn the dough out onto a floured surface.

Roll it out to 1/16 of an inch. Do not be afraid to use flour.

Cut into 1 inch squares and dock a hole in the center with a toothpick.Arrange them on a sheet.

Sprinkle with some salt and bake.

Bake for fifteen. Cool for five.As these cool they will get crunchier.
