- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
Instructions

Add 1 cup of blueberries, gently.Using an ice cream scoop, fill 18 muffin tins.
Add additional cup of muffins to the top of the muffins.
