In a sauce pan on medium high heat add the butter, cocoa, milk, sugar, and then stir. Turn the heat up slightly to bring everything to a boil, and then allow to boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add in the peanut butter, oats, vanilla, and salt. Stir until everything is mixed well.Line a few cookie sheets spoon them onto the sheets to cool.
