Oven Roasted Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 2T balsamic vinegar
- 4T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4c chopped fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- couple of pinches of red pepper flakes
- salt and freshly-ground pepper, to taste
