- 400g mixed red and yellow tomatoes, sliced
- 75g sprouting broccoli, stems finely sliced
- 8 green olives, pitted and halved (optional)
- 150g mozzarella cherries (bocconcini)
- 2 tbsp fresh pesto
- handful fresh basil leaves, to serve
