- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 fluid-ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice
