- 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from about 1/2 lime)
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 1/2 serrano chile, seeded, deveined and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
