- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon style country mustard
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons good olive oil
