  • 40 grams feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced
  • Sliced radishes (optional)
  • Fresh spinach leaves or other salad greens (optional)
  • For the dressing:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice (or 2 tsp lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly grated black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
