- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (kashmiri)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
- to be lightly crushed
- ½ tsp whole black pepper
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1 small piece cinnamon
