- 4 to 8 dried red chili peppers, snipped on one end
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted and ground Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
- 3/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
