Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup water
- ½ large onion (we use red onion)
- 1½ Tbsp. fresh ginger (measured after mincing)
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 cup baby bok choy (about 2 clusters) or cabbage
- 5 oz. extra-firm tofu
- 2 stalks green onion
- 6 large shiitake mushrooms (you can substitute white mushrooms)
- 1 Tbsp. salt, or more to taste
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1½ tsp. vegetable boullion
- ¼ cup cooking oil (we use canola)
