- 8 ounces fresh tonnarelli pasta (any fresh pasta will work here)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 sprig fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 zucchini, small
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup capers
