- 2 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
- 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes (I found Tesco's Organic Chopped Tomatoes in Rich Tomato Juice worked particularly well)
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
