- 2 teaspoon ginger (adrak)
- 2 teaspoon garlic (lehsun), grated
- 2 teaspoon green chillies, finely chopped
- 0.5 Cup spinach (palak), blanched, drained and chopped
- 0.25 cup boiled green peas
- 0.25 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
- 0.5 teaspoon chaat masala
- 0.25 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon oil
