Ingredients: Cooking spray; 2 cups all-purpose flour (9 ounces; 260g); 2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt; for table salt, use half as much by volume; 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk; 2 tablespoons (30ml) hot honey (see notes); 8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and chilled; 2 tablespoons (30ml) hot honey; 2 tablespoons (30ml) yellow mustard; 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce; 1/2-1 teaspoon sriracha sauce; 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch; 6-8 hot dogs (see notes)
