- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red pepper (opt.)
- 1 1/2 tsp dried cilantro (3 tbsp fresh)
- 1/2 head small cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup peas (fresh/frozen/canned)
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 small potato, grated
- Olive oil, to grease baking sheet
