- 1.5 cup gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon orange or lemon zest (I use orange)
- 8 ounce pomegranate arils
