Funfetti Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons clear imitation vanilla (I use McCormick's)
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cups plus 1 tablespoon sprinkles
