- 1 head romain lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/3 cup fried garlic
- 1 lemon
