- 30 espresso beans, crushed or 4 tablespoons ground espresso
- 3 pints ripe strawberries
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 7 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
