- 1 kg. Boneless chicken Breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 / 2 tsp. Clove
- 1 / 2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 / 4 cup lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 / 4 tsp. Sumac or Paprika

- 1 pinch ground cinnamon, curry, ginger (I give you the option of replacing the Cardamom)
