- 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Emmantaler cheese (Swiss or French!)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 handful sesame seeds
