- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Filling:
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 eggs
- 2 red peppers
- 2 shallots or 1 big red onion
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 500 grams olive oil tuna
