- Basil and Mint Pistou
- 4.5 cups Basil, lightly packed
- 2 cups Mint, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Pine Nuts
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
