Ingredients
- 3 pounds Roma tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 3 cups Water
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 pounds Ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
- .5 cups White rice (jasmine is my preferred)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cavender's Greek seasoning (use your fave, like Lawry's etc)
- 1 pinch Dried Onions
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Onion slice, about 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- .5 bunches Cilantro, with stems and leaves roughly chopped
