Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tablespoons Vietnamese or Thai fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 small Thai pepper or jalepeno, finely chopped
- 1 red onion
- 1 small jicama bulb
- 3 medium mangoes
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 fresh mint, coarsely chopped
