- 1/2 c Fresh curd ; (or plain yogurt)
- 5 Green chillies
- 2 ts Coriander seeds
- 1/2 ts Turmeric powder
- 1/2 ts Cumin seeds
- 1 piece Chopped ginger
- 3 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1/2 ts Garam masala
- 1 big pinch sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tb Ghee
