  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (confession: i used milk chocolate chips, i like them better. skinny or not)
