- * 1 teaspoon cumin
- * 2 teaspoon zahtar
- * 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- * 2 tablespoon olive oil
- * 1 cup of zucchini, finely grated and squeeze the moisture out
- * 4 tablespoon chick pea flour
- * 3/4 cup toasted sesame seed, optional, only if you want crunch
- * tahini sauce for serving
- * pita bread for serving
