Ingredients
- 1 chorizo sliced diagonally
- 100g octopus (cleaned and quartered)
- 100g prawns (shelled and cleaned)
- 1 roasted capsicum sliced
- Roasted eggplant (same amount as capsicum) sliced
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 can of chick peas drained
- Rice wine vinegar
- 2 green onions cut into inch pieces
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- 1t of paprika
- Corriander
- Lemon juice
- Salt
