Ingredients
- 500 grams cauliflower florets
- 1 small potato, chopped into cubes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2-4 tablespoons curry powder, depending on your taste
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil/cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes/passata
- 1 pint vegetable stocks/water
- 1 handful cilantro ( coriander) leaves, for garnishing
- salt and pepper, for seasoning
