Ingredients
- 1 pound Green beans, fresh, frozen, or canned. Depending on the season frozen can be a better choice than fresh.
- 5 strips of bacon
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted in a dry pan over medium low heat,till golden)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
- salt and pepper to taste.
