Ingredients
- 3 organic/free range chicken legs
- 2 yellow/orange peppers
- 1 thumb ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 onions
- 1 or 2 fresh chillies (depends how spicy)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (homemade if possible)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 400 milliliters chicken stock (home made if poss)
- 2-3 teaspoons raw organic honey
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- half cup organic double cream
- extra vegetables of your choice (optional - I like without too)
