Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 recipe Easy Pie Dough
• 2 medium sweet potatoes (making about 2 cups puree)
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon buttermilk
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
