• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 cups light brown sugar

• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp allspice
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 oz bag white chocolate chips
