- 2 cups dandelion greens
- 1 lemon (zest + juice)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- pinch salt
- 7 asparagus salts (1 in pieces)
- 1-2 radish (thinly sliced)
- mint leaves
- as desired pink peppercorn
