• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
