- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
