- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese, take more if you like
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- a bunches fresh cilantro
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoon Dry Fenugreek
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly grround black pepper
