Ingredients
- 900g Chickpeas (about 4 cups) or two 5 oz. cans drained
- 1 cup wheat germ, natural raw
- Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Parsley, 1 cup
- Cumin, 1 tsp
- Corriander Powder, 1 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper, scant 1/8 tsp
- Baking Powder, .5 tsp
- Garlic, 4 clove
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil for frying all 12 servings (may use 1/2 of the Falafel mix and store remainder for another day)
