  • 900g Chickpeas (about 4 cups) or two 5 oz. cans drained
  • 1 cup wheat germ, natural raw
  • Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Parsley, 1 cup
  • Cumin, 1 tsp
  • Corriander Powder, 1 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper, scant 1/8 tsp
  • Baking Powder, .5 tsp
  • Garlic, 4 clove
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil for frying all 12 servings (may use 1/2 of the Falafel mix and store remainder for another day)
