- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or as needed)
