  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, put through garlic press
  • zest of one lemon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
