- 1/2 pound grated Pecorino Romano
- 1/2 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced and trimmed of fat
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1 bunch parsley, leaves chopped
- 1 bunch basil, chiffonade
