Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (500ml)
- 1 cup water (250ml)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 large garlic clove, finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch freshly ground nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup polenta (250g)
- 2 1/4 cups parmesan, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup panko
- vegetable oil for frying
