  • 4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup whole cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup whole mint leaves (optional)
