- * a handful of spinach, roughly torn
- * 5 jalapeno pepper slice, chopped into half
- * for the dressing>>
- * 1/2 a cup of peeled and finely chopped cucumber
- * 5 large mint leaf
- * 1 clove of garlic chopped
- * 3/4 cup of hung low fat yogurt fat or low fat greek yogurt
- * 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- * salt and pepper to taste
