Ingredients
- 1 lb thin spaghetti noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (I used little fresh mozzarella balls)
