  • 2 carrots (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
  • 1 banana
  • of a zucchini (unpeeled)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (see recipe below)
  • 1/5 cup of raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of honeydew melon (frozen)
  • 3 dates
  • 2 tablespoons of flax oil (omega 3 s)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (b 12 and other b vitamins, vitamins a-d and even k) …so much more.
  • ice (start with 1/4 cup….then, add more if you prefer)
